Knowledge, Creativity, Expertise

Yellow Dot Designs designs and produces:
Brochures, Calendars, Direct-mail, Signs, Letterhead and Business Cards, Publications, Books, Catalogs, Marketing Materials and more.
For what goes into your piece, YDD can design your new logo or business identity, or create illustrations, maps or original art for your project.

You should call Yellow Dot Designs and forget about calling that other designer for 3 reasons:
1. We have printing expertise, and better design and artistic ability
2. We're not hung-up about letting you have your files
3. We are multi-lingual, speaking German, French and Spanish

Expertise: YDD’s director has a strong background in design and art. We offer in-depth knowledge of logo design, color, illustration and how to prepare your art for printing. We know all the different ways of getting your job printed. Many design firms do not have the same qualifications, and have websites that are dull and uninspired. We can design for any industry, whether you are a non-profit, small or large business, government, or in the neighborhood. Plus, you will be able to work directly with head of Yellow Dot Designs.

Files: YDD considers logos or layout files we do for you to be your property. All we ask for is full payment. Some designers want to argue with you about this. We want to be on your team, and expect you to own your final art.

Languages: We love speaking German, French and Spanish, and can work with foreign clients or organizations with a global reach.

Later she was the in-house designer at Thompson Publishing Group in downtown Washington, designing book covers, marketing materials, direct mail and animated graphics and ads for the website.

Ellen published commercial calendars for 2006 and 2007, which can be seen at www.ellenscalendars.com. In 2005 she created the website www.ellensimages.com, as a collection of photos and art for purchase.
